Our founder, Mike Stobbe, has cultivated a vast network of human capital resources with over a decade of experience in agency recruitment, leadership, and talent development. His journey has been marked by a strong commitment to delivery, transparency, and customer service. This is evidenced by his deep roots in the niche ERP sector and the sustainable growth his clients have achieved. Leveraging his specialized knowledge, Mike crafts tailored talent solutions, empowering clients throughout North America to thrive in their respective industries.
Mike grew up local to the Philadelphia Area and currently resides on the Main Line. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Joseph's University with a Human Resources Certificate. Mike also has an active SHRM-SCP certification, which acknowledges his ability to lead at a strategic level in HR, demonstrate comprehensive HR knowledge, and drive organizational success through effective people management. He recently wrote a research paper on the Impact of Learning & Development on Digital Transformation Strategies and a summary of his findings can be found on the Main Line Talent Group blog, Talent on Tracks.
Rocky Elsalaymeh

Rocky Elsalaymeh is the Founder and Chief AI Engineer of Strategia-X and Main Line Talent Group's exclusive AI and technology partner. He brings more than 18 years of enterprise technology leadership, including 14 years as a Director of Technology running ERP modernizations, multi-site cloud migrations, and cybersecurity for high-growth distribution companies. Rocky has owned the P&L, the infrastructure, and the teams, so he knows what production actually costs. Today he builds and ships production AI: local large language models, agentic orchestration, and retrieval-augmented systems, including three public open-source projects and a two-model AI product-enrichment pipeline running in production for a national distributor. He earned his MIS degree from California State University, Sacramento, and holds Cisco CCNP and CDIA certifications. For Main Line Talent Group's clients, Rocky is the bridge between the talent that runs enterprise systems and the technology that modernizes them.
